WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Bull Head Trailers will accept a warranty claim in person, at the dealership you purchased your product, or by email.

INITIAL INSPECTION

Within five (5) days after discovering a problem with your BULL HEAD trailer, return your trailer for inspection to the BULL HEAD dealer where you bought your trailer.
If your dealer cannot repair the problem free of charge and you want to file a claim under this Warranty and within ten (10) days of your discovery of the defect, your dealer must send a Limited Warranty Claim to BULL HEAD TRAILERS by email with all required information.

LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM

Download the Limited Warranty Claim form found on this webpage and fill out with all required information. The Warranty Claim must be emailed to the Bull Head Trailer's general email address at contact@bullheadtrailers.com no later than 10 days from the discovery of the defect or fault. Any and all defective parts or items must be returns to the dealer you for evaluation. Bull Head Trailers will respond to you via email or phonecall no later than thirty (30) days to qualify for replacement.

TERMS

Bull Head Trailers will not reimburse any claimant for any adjustment or repair of a Bull Head Trailers without prior written approval by Bull Head Trailers reserves the right to not pay unreasonable costs for replacement of repair defects in Bull Head Trailers and may, at Bull Head Trailers discretion, establish a reasonable reimbursement for any authorized work performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty. BULL HEAD TRAILERS MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
